Andrew and the team did a major apartment renovation for us and the whole thing ran smoothly, on schedule and to budget and was delivered to the highest quality. The Constec team really care about the details and it shows in their work and design thinking - the small things don’t get missed.

The inevitable unforeseen hiccups you find when you are on site get solved - collaboratively and in a practical and solutions-focused way. Everything was transparently and openly communicated and the team worked really well with our architect.

I have recommended Constec to friends since and they are now having the same experience in their build - they just love working with them.

Even the Chair of our Strata Committee asked me to personally thank the Constec team and wished that all builders who worked in our complex were as professional and considerate.
